Welcome to MilsimOps.com (“MilsimOps,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MilsimOps, including our website, mobile application, event registration tools, attendee communications, team features, host tools, SMS/text messaging, and related services.

By creating an account, registering for an event, joining a team, using MilsimOps, or opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.Use of MilsimOps

MilsimOps is an online platform for Military Simulation, Airsoft, Paintball, tactical-sport, and related community activities. The platform may support user profiles, teams, events, event registration, rosters, waivers, communications, event check-in, position assignments, media, and operational tools for event hosts and attendees.

You agree to use MilsimOps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.Accounts and Eligibility

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Some events may have age restrictions, parent or guardian consent requirements, safety requirements, waiver requirements, equipment requirements, or other conditions set by the event host. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable event requirements.

3.Event Hosts and Event Attendees

MilsimOps provides tools that allow event hosts to create, manage, promote, and administer events. Event hosts are responsible for their event details, rules, pricing, refunds, safety procedures, waivers, attendee communications, and on-site operations.

Attendees are responsible for reading all event information, following event rules, completing required waivers or forms, and complying with event host instructions.

MilsimOps is not responsible for the conduct of event hosts, attendees, teams, sponsors, vendors, or third parties.

4.Event Registration, Payments, and Refunds

Some events may require payment. Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.

Event pricing, refund policies, transfer policies, cancellation policies, and ticket rules are generally set by the event host unless otherwise stated.

MilsimOps may charge service fees or platform fees where applicable. Fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.

5.Waivers, Safety, and Assumption of Risk

MilSim, Airsoft, Paintball, tactical-sport, outdoor, and training-related activities may involve physical risk, including injury, property damage, environmental hazards, equipment-related risks, and risks caused by other participants.

By registering for or attending an event, you acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks. You are responsible for evaluating whether you are physically and legally able to participate.

Event hosts may require separate waivers, releases, rules acknowledgments, safety briefings, or other documents. Failure to complete required documents may result in denial of participation.

MilsimOps does not provide medical, legal, safety, tactical, or professional advice.
