This may include your name, email address, phone number, username, callsign, profile photo, date of birth, mailing address, emergency contact information, team affiliation, event history, loadouts, gear information, and other information you choose to provide.
When you register for an event, we may collect event-specific information, including faction selection, position assignment, waiver status, payment status, check-in status, rules acknowledgment, chrono/safety processing status, emergency contacts, medical notices voluntarily provided, and other event-related information required by the event host.
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we collect and store information related to your SMS consent, including your phone number, opt-in status, consent timestamp, source of consent, message delivery status, opt-out status, and related communication records.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers. We may store transaction records, payment status, ticket type, order information, and payment-related metadata necessary to support event registration and accounting.
We may collect messages, posts, comments, event communications, uploaded photos, documents, After Action Reports, and other content you submit through MilsimOps.
We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, log data, cookies, session data, and analytics information to help operate, secure, and improve the platform.

MilsimOps does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

If you register for an event, relevant registration and attendee information may be shared with the event host and authorized event staff so they can manage registration, waivers, rosters, safety, check-in, faction assignments, and event operations.
If you join or interact with a team, faction, or organization, certain profile or participation information may be visible to authorized team, organization, or event personnel depending on the feature and permissions.
We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate MilsimOps, such as hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, analytics providers, security tools, and customer support systems. These providers are only authorized to use information as necessary to provide services to MilsimOps.
For SMS/text messaging, we may use Twilio or similar messaging providers to deliver messages. These providers process mobile numbers and message data only as necessary to provide messaging services.

Parents or guardians may contact us regarding information associated with a minor.
MilsimOps does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such information without proper consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no website, app, database, or transmission method is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
MilsimOps may be accessed from outside the United States. If you use MilsimOps from another country, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
