If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, we collect and store information related to your SMS consent, including your phone number, opt-in status, consent timestamp, source of consent, message delivery status, opt-out status, and related communication records.

Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card numbers. We may store transaction records, payment status, ticket type, order information, and payment-related metadata necessary to support event registration and accounting.

Communications and User Content

We may collect messages, posts, comments, event communications, uploaded photos, documents, After Action Reports, and other content you submit through MilsimOps.

Technical and Usage Information

We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages visited, log data, cookies, session data, and analytics information to help operate, secure, and improve the platform.

• Create and manage user accounts.
• Support event registration, ticketing, waivers, check-in, credentialing, and attendee processing.
• Help event hosts manage rosters, teams, factions, positions, communications, and event logistics.
• Send operational communications, including email and SMS/text alerts.

• Improve the website, mobile app, features, user experience, and platform performance.
• Display appropriate event, team, roster, and profile information according to user settings and event permissions.

• Send optional marketing or promotional messages only where permitted and only when the user has provided appropriate consent.

MilsimOps may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with users and event attendees who have provided a mobile phone number and opted in to receive messages.

Text messages may include, but are not limited to:

• Account verification or security messages.
• Event registration confirmations.
• Event reminders.
• Waiver, rules, safety, check-in, or credentialing reminders.

• Field, faction, roster, or position updates.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity, event registration activity, and event host communications. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may reply HELP for help or contact us using the information listed below.

After you opt out, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that your opt-out request has been processed. After that, we will not send further SMS/text messages unless you opt back in.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, unless SMS is specifically required for a limited operational or security purpose that is clearly disclosed at the time of registration.

MilsimOps does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Event Hosts and Event Staff

If you register for an event, relevant registration and attendee information may be shared with the event host and authorized event staff so they can manage registration, waivers, rosters, safety, check-in, faction assignments, and event operations.

Teams and Organizations

If you join or interact with a team, faction, or organization, certain profile or participation information may be visible to authorized team, organization, or event personnel depending on the feature and permissions.

Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate MilsimOps, such as hosting providers, database providers, payment processors, email providers, SMS providers, analytics providers, security tools, and customer support systems. These providers are only authorized to use information as necessary to provide services to MilsimOps.

For SMS/text messaging, we may use Twilio or similar messaging providers to deliver messages. These providers process mobile numbers and message data only as necessary to provide messaging services.

MilsimOps is intended for users who are old enough to participate in applicable airsoft, paintball, MilSim, or related events according to the rules of the event host and applicable law.

Some events may allow minors with parent or guardian permission. When minors participate, MilsimOps may collect limited information necessary for registration, safety, emergency contact, waiver, and event administration purposes. Parents or guardians may contact us regarding information associated with a minor.

MilsimOps does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such information without proper consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no website, app, database, or transmission method is completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

MilsimOps may be accessed from outside the United States. If you use MilsimOps from another country, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
